Sourcing contractors with a good health and safety record allow our property teams, and the residents on the properties we oversee, to be confident that the work is carried out safely. We maintain a list of approved contractors who are approached to tender for the work. Northleach only work with competent, reliable contractors who are available locally to us wherever we are and provide value for money for our clients.

Proactive Maintenance

We believe that prevention is better than cure. That’s why we carry out regular inspections and maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they become major issues.
This includes:

  • Regular inspections of communal areas, such as hallways, gardens, and parking lots
  • Maintenance of essential systems, such as lifts, fire alarms, and security systems
  • Planned preventative maintenance, such as painting and decorating

Reactive Maintenance

Even with the best planning, things can still go wrong. That’s why we have a dedicated team on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies. Whether it’s a burst pipe or a broken door entry system, we’ll be there to fix it quickly and efficiently and you will be kept updated with our latest tracker software.
